The method of creating sustainable change using subconscious new understanding includes the following steps:
Realizing the role of the subconscious: Understanding the impact of the subconscious on our behavior, emotions, and belief systems is the first step. The subconscious stores our experiences, beliefs, and values, which have a profound impact on our decisions and behaviors.
Self reflection and consciousness enhancement: Through self reflection and consciousness enhancement, explore and identify negative beliefs, emotions, or behavioral patterns that may exist in the subconscious. This may require a deeper understanding of one’s inner state through meditation, relaxation techniques, or diary writing.
Positive self dialogue and affirmation: Cultivate a positive way of self dialogue, using supportive, understanding, and affirming language to engage with oneself. This approach helps to improve self-worth and confidence, thereby enhancing self-awareness and emotional stability.
Set clear goals and vision: Set specific, feasible, and challenging goals, write them down, and envision scenarios for achieving them. By deeply embedding goals and visions into the subconscious, internal motivation and willingness can be stimulated, promoting action and change.
Use positive affirming language: Use positive, affirming, and inspiring language to describe your goals and vision. Avoid using negative language or expressing doubts about one’s own abilities.
Repetition and reinforcement: Deepen awareness and understanding of goals and visions through repeated practice and reinforcement. Regularly review goals and adjust your action plan to adapt to changes and challenges.
Acceptance and Release: Learn to accept past experiences and emotions, and release negative emotions and beliefs within them. Relax the body and mind, promote inner balance and harmony through mindfulness exercises or deep relaxation techniques.
These methods can help you harness the power of your subconscious to create sustainable change and promote personal growth and development.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is typically divided into four levels, which reflect individuals’ different levels of development and ability in emotional intelligence:
Self awareness:
Self awareness is the foundation of emotional intelligence, referring to an individual’s ability to have a clear understanding and recognition of their emotions, values, motivations, and goals.
This includes sensitivity to one’s own emotional state, the ability to recognize and understand one’s emotional reactions and their reasons, and awareness of one’s strengths and limitations.
Self management:
Self management refers to an individual’s ability to effectively manage and regulate their emotions, behaviors, and responses to adapt to different situations and achieve personal goals.
This includes the ability to regulate emotions, cope with challenges and stress, self motivation and goal setting, as well as positive self reflection and adaptability.
Social awareness:
Social awareness refers to an individual’s ability to understand and pay attention to the emotional states, needs, and motivations of others, as well as the empathy and sensitivity they exhibit in interpersonal communication.
This includes the ability to perceive and understand the emotions of others, respect and tolerate their viewpoints and feelings, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills.
Relationship management:
Relationship management refers to an individual’s ability to establish and maintain healthy, positive, and meaningful interpersonal relationships, effectively handle and resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and achieve collective success.
This includes effective communication and influence, teamwork and coordination skills, problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques, as well as the ability to build trust and support for others.
These four levels are intertwined and together constitute the overall ability of emotional intelligence, which can help individuals to more successfully face challenges, achieve goals, and establish healthier and more beneficial relationships with others in their personal and professional lives.

The use of metaphors and hypnotic language to eliminate restrictive beliefs can be achieved through the following methods:
Establishing associations: using metaphors and metaphors to establish new thinking patterns associated with restrictive beliefs. For example, comparing restrictive beliefs to a cage that traps oneself, and then using metaphors to depict how to break free from this cage or find a path to freedom.
Guiding Change: Using hypnotic language to guide individuals to think and accept new, positive beliefs. This may involve using affirmative statements, guiding questions, or hints to stimulate an individual’s inner potential and self change ability.
Deep relaxation: In a relaxed state, individuals are more likely to accept and internalize new beliefs. By using deep relaxation or hypnosis techniques, individuals can enter an open, accepting, and sensitive psychological state, which can help change old restrictive beliefs.
Reshaping thinking patterns: using metaphors and hypnotic language to reconstruct an individual’s thinking patterns and belief systems. This can be achieved by presenting individuals with new, positive life stories or visions for the future, thereby inspiring and strengthening positive actions and decisions.
Continuous reinforcement: Continuously reinforce new beliefs and thinking patterns through repeated hypnosis sessions or regular psychological training. This helps ensure that individuals can firmly trust and execute new positive beliefs when facing challenges.
These methods need to be guided and implemented by experienced hypnotists or psychotherapists to ensure they are carried out in a safe and effective environment. Through these technologies, individuals can gradually eliminate restrictive beliefs and achieve a more positive and fulfilling life.

The conflict resolution methods may vary depending on the situation, but usually the following common methods can be used:
Communication and negotiation: Through open and honest dialogue, both parties can express each other’s positions and needs, and seek common solutions.
Compromise: Both parties make concessions in certain aspects to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome.
Seeking neutral mediation: Sometimes a third party is needed to coordinate and mediate, especially when both parties are emotionally charged or unable to reach a consensus.
Seeking authoritative decision-making: In some cases, it may be necessary for superiors or experts to make the final decision to end the dispute.
Time resolution: Sometimes problems can be resolved through time, waiting for both parties to calm down before discussing.
Collaborative solution: Both parties work together to develop a solution to the problem.
The choice of method depends on the nature of the conflict, the attitudes of both parties, and the urgency of the situation.

Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) combines linguistics, neurology, and computer science to study and simulate the ways in which human language behavior is expressed. However, the Cartesian logic you mentioned may refer to “Descartes’ logic regression”, but in NLP, it is more commonly used in fields related to thinking patterns and language expression, such as syntactic structure, semantic understanding, and sentiment analysis.
